While being out of work for a few months due to a lay off from my former employer, I started seeking employment from temp agencies. Although I met many qualifications for other positions listed on other staffing sites, Advantage Personnel was the 1st staffing agency to return my call. I came in to interview for a temporary position, but ended up interviewing for an internal position with the company. They were very thorough with the interviews, I went on a few, and made sure that I was the right fit. Since being here I have seen the staff do the most that they can to ensure that the employees are placed with companies that best suit them. After all, the employee has to be just as comfortable with the employer as the employer does with the employee. Everyone here has the mindset of wanting to help those in need, and with that attitude everyone wins.
