I had the pleasure of working with Matt at Advanced Resources he took really great care of me from beginning to end. I have never worked for a temp agency that actually had your best interest at heart. If there was ANYTHING wrong or I needed help he was there every step of the way only one phone call away. I am an example of if you actually do the great work they expect of you, not miss a lot of days and stay consistent you will become permanent because my first day of being permanent is TODAY at my dream job. You have to put in the work to make your success will flourish because these temp agencies can only help and push you so far but they can’t get the job for you (You Have To Get The Job Yourself) A specIal thanks to Advance Resources and Matt Kohler💜

Changed my life!! I’ve been with two other staffing agencies and I would definitely say this was the best one! They are very different from what I was used to they actually made sure I transitioned to a permanent role with their contracted company. Alexis was my recruiter and she was always on top of things and made sure I truly liked what I was doing !! Thank you guys sooo much for the opportunity I would recommend this agency to anyone and everyone!!

This is nothing against any one person at the company. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and receptive. However, I'm starting to become frustrated with the company. I ended up getting a job at a company, but my recruiter had very little information about my hours/wardrobe/expectations for the first day. It's very stressful to start a new job and knowing those basic things would've eased my anxiety. Since starting this job, I've had little-to-no contact with my recruiter. When I got a text a few weeks ago to update Advanced Resources on how my assignment is going, I figured out that my recruiter no longer works at the company! I have yet to be connected with a new recruiter who promised to update me on how I stand on my assignment. I'm not sure who is going to reach out to me or when that is going to happen, which as you can imagine, is frustrating for me. I thought a recruiting company was supposed to work in conjunction with me to update/provide feedback on my assignment and that is not happening.

Worst temp agency ever.

This company gave me my first job, however, they are very hard to actually stay in contact with, and they WILL protest your unemployment and they will NOT stop protesting your unemployment. I've had to interview unemployment twice, and won twice, and Advanced Resources STILL protested after. I ended up getting my unemployment benefits 4 days before starting my next job because of Advanced Resources. There is little respect for their contract workers.
