We've been working with Advanced PEO for the last couple of years and not only are they the nicest group of people to work with, so accommodating and responsive to our needs, but their have always processed our payroll with our and our employees needs in mind. For instance, when worried about a storm in the area could delay our payroll checks arriving in overnight mail, they graciously drove them to us! What kind of service is that!

I have been the agency director of a 24 hour multiple residential facility/social services organization for nearly 12 years. During those 12 years, our company has been with 6 different payroll and leasing companies, due to changing of corporate ownership/management of smaller PEOs and voluntarily leaving larger well-known payroll companies due to unsatisfactory service. Some of my objectives (and challenges in obtaining) throughout the past 12 years has been to partner with a PEO that could lessen my labor when it comes to paying our employees, have accuracy in payroll processing, be able to easily obtain and read reports, and have individualized and customized attention from the PEO that were specific to our needs, and yet still be competitively priced within the market for their services. I have never had the pleasure of having all of my objectives met with any one payroll or PEO company. It seemed that I would have to settle for mediocrity. Unbelievably, my search is finally over! From the first week we engaged with Advanced PEO, my labor time was reduced by 75% in processing weekly payroll, customized web-based entry was made available that submits pay with a literal one-click action, and detailed user-friendly PDF reports are returned within the hour! Even the formats in which I want to see information in a report are customized for me! I am equally satisfied with the pay-as-you-go worker’s compensation rate built directly into my invoice, which is based on actual payroll dollars. After being with Advanced PEO for well over one year, I am happy to report that it is a priceless benefit in my business life that I no longer have to spend time thinking about payroll, tax reporting, workers compensation issues, or unemployment claims or reporting. It is all taken care of for me by Advanced PEO. I am now finally able to devote much more of my valuable time to improving and maintaining our client-service delivery systems. The most amazing benefit, however, is the outstanding customer service and personalized attention I have received since day one from my “go-to-guy-for-everything”, Shane Underwood. Without Shane’s assistance we would not have been able to make so many things possible in our company. There is no issue I have ever presented to him that he hasn’t been willing to address and solve in the same day! I don't know of any other PEO that can offer that!! I rate ADVANCED PEO with a 5-star rating and would highly recommend Advanced PEO to any business that wants to improve and streamline any and all of their payroll, HR and insurance needs.
