My laptop was being super slow so I took it in to have all the viruses removed. After paying 89 dollars to get it done and another 20 dollars for their antivirus software, I found my computer is literally still slow and still has viruses. Now I have to spend more time and money to get it fixed somewhere else. This is absolutely a ripoff. And the customer service sucks.
