I'm rating them a 5 because my tiny business sold fast and for full price to a reasonable, ready buyer. I went with Brad and Larry because I wanted to sell, and the rating reflects that. For the most part they were easy to work with, always courteous and willing to explain things. My only problem was early on when both of the two principles in the firm asked me for the same data; this happened a few times and was annoying. I wasn't sure how much they shared with each other. Other than that small problem they were excellent and I am very glad I went with them to sell.
