I've had run-ins with these before about expenses and wages, they couldn't run a bath!! Screwed up my expenses by not sending me a form to fill in then pay me at the wrong rate, they make deductions without informing you and treat your money like its theirs!!!!!!!!!!!! Steer well clear as I shall be in future!!!!!

My company have been dealing with Advance for just over 2 years now. Adam Shaw is our account manager. The girls at advance are absolutely wonderful and always polite.Out of all the account reps Adam has by far been the most successful with in our company. Any problems we have had have always be dealt with. All new starters have all be set up correctly and any problems Adam or advance have always Emailed to confirm. I would recommend advance to all recruiters out there as it saves us payroll a lot of time in hassle conpaired to some umbrella companies out there.

I have had the pleasure of working with advance for over a year now.At first for what ever reason we didn’t seem to get advance, mainly due to the rep at the time not knowing who he needs to talk to. When Adam took over we gave him a bit of a hard time but then decided to give him a go.Since then we have not looked back.I value Adam not as his client but as a friend. Adam will go above and beyond with everything and has really helped me when I’m need. I would suggest advance to all companies as one if not the best umbrella company. My opinion is based solely on the hard work Adam Shaw has put in to win is over. Also good to know the MD is legally trained so can always help with legal advice if needed regarding the new laws and what they mean. Like all companies they have a negitive and that was not employing Adam sooner.The whole office have always been polite and even when mistakes have been made they have always sorted out straight away and this is the service we like and need....Keep the hard work up and well done everyone but most of all well done Adam Shaw.
