The Advance Systems TMS has helped to automate many previously manual processes for our national, multi-site organization. Operating in different time zones with unique and individual location requirements required a high degree of customization. The system engineer assigned to us has been extremely helpful and instrumental to the success of our implementation.

With close to 1,000 employees and 19 locations, TMS is providing us with a solution to maintain a consistent time keeping system. We also love the database piece as we have data in many platforms at our different locations. This gives us the ability to centralize our data and time keeping.They have been supportive of our unique industry (school bus transportation) and provided us with excellent technical and project support during our implementation. I would recommend TMS to not only others in our industry, but with companies outside.

We currently use the time & attendance software, I wasn't here when they had it installed years back, therefore I don't know all the 'ins & outs' about it. I often email customer support and they are able to help me in no time. Service is quick and dependable, staff are always pleasant to deal with. We are looking into expanding our software needs with ASA because their product can handle our need. Great people to work with.

Our company interviewed many timekeeping systems before settling on Advance Systems. Dermot and his staff have been very accommodating and helpful through the transition process as well as modifying the product for our needs. All emails have been answered timely and all issues addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

Advance Systems TMS was the perfect solution for the real time problem of keeping track of more than 200 mobile employees.From the very start of the process, the sales, technical and managerial people at Advance were there to answer questions, provide solutions and fix problems.Aside from being an extremely economical solution (other compatible systems required ongoing monthly subscriptions), TMS was the perfect solution. From providing multiple input sources (our employees primarily use cellphones to enter the data) Advance Systems even supplied flawless Spanish language prompts for a mainly Hispanic workforce!Even after the system was installed and working, Advance came through with special requests to provide specific reports to highlight areas we needed to pay special attention.Six months down the road, we upgraded our server (something we'd anticipated at installation) and Advance Systems provided the expertise to seamlessly facilitate the transition. Something like replacing all the tires while the car was moving!Advance Systems has been one the most professional, easy to work with organizations I've ever dealt with in my many decades in Technology.Muchas Gracias!

The attendance system is essential. It has reduced time and costs and increased efficiency. The system has significantly reduced payroll administration time. I needed a new time tracking system for our company and found TMS. They are flexible, helpful and responsive. I am able to fully customize the system to fit what I need and any time I need help they are always available. The system is easy to learn and very user friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a flexible time tracking system. (it can do so much more too!!!)

My company has been with Advance Systems for 4 years. The system is easy to use and is custom built for us - when we have a question or need a report developed the process is fast and simple. Payroll reports are easily exported each week. Errors are reduced and time is saved - win win for all!
