Business owners stay away from this company. They will come in and try to sell you everything. Customer service is not existent when you need them to fix their errors. They messed up all of our employees W-2s. They lied to us about cost of 401(k)s. It seems that they only have sales people eager to sell and no customer service willing to help after they have sold their product. Many hidden and unexplainable charges. No solid answers to questions.

My employer is contracted with this company for payroll. I have USAA for banking. I’ve had this bank account since I was 16 years old. Never in all of these years have I ever received a deposit on the actual deposit date. My bank gives you a deposit one day in advance. My employer submits Payroll on Sunday, and the deadline is on Wednesday, so why is it I get paid on Fridays instead of Thursdays. Not to mention, it’s very inconsistent, payroll is submitted on Sunday, and the deadline is on Wednesday, so why is it I get paid on Fridays instead of Thursdays. Not to mention, it’s very inconsistent. Two weeks in a row I will get my deposit on Thursday, and then three weeks in a row I will get my payment on Friday. Then when you call and ask about this information, they state that as long as your employees get paid on Friday they are not at fault.

My first paycheck with ADP is messed up customer service is not available is telling me to talk to my employer excuse me... You messed up my money I'm talking to you at least I'm trying to if you're going to mess up my money I'm done with that company I'm sure I'm not the only person in my company who feels this way either you straighten it out today or there will be one less client for you ... your customer service sucks...
