August 2019 - I wish I could give ADP Screening and Selection Services lower than a 1/5 star. They are absolutely horrible. When you're considering them as a vendor, they sell you a false bill of goods. They state that they will have phone reps available to help your candidates when they cannot figure out how to navigate their website - well, come to find out, their call center reps just tell them to call their employer for help or refuse to help them entirely. Additionally, the wait time for phone calls into the call center has never been less than 20 minutes for any of my candidates, and has peaked at 65 minutes. E-mails take 3-5 days for a reply. This company lies - do not use them for your business.May 2019 - I do not recommend ADP Screening and Selection Services for your background check needs. While I've never physically visited this location, I have interacted with individuals at this organization quite regularly via e-mail and phone. My employer's candidates (I work in HR) struggle to navigate their online portal. When they call the 1-800 number to inquire about assistance, they receive a variety of instructions: some representatives tell the candidates that ADP cannot help them and inform them to call the individual who requested the background check, other representatives take the candidates' information over the phone and initiate the background check on their behalf, other representatives provide a paper form to the candidates and tell them to fill it out and mail it back to my employer, other representatives provide the form and tell the candidates to mail it to ADP. I've specifically been told by the 1-800 representatives that the only way to complete a background check is for the candidate to fill out the form online. Well, clearly this is not true. I believe the ADP call center representatives need to be properly trained. It is of utmost importance that standard operating procedures are implemented and enforced throughout all call center representatives. I would give this organization 0/5 stars if I could. Again, I advise not to use ADP for your background check needs.

GARBAGEwhen it actually works, its great, but trying to get a-hold of someone is PAINFUL. Myself and my employer have submitted multiple trouble tickets for my online portal because it stopped updating in January....it is now April. Nobody returns, and calling is pointless, as it just repeatedly tells you to contact your employer. If you call their corporate number, it isn't in service. This is maddening!
