ADP is horrible! we have used them for years because our old accountant talked the CFO into it. The support sucks. We've added people to the call in list to call in and they seems to keep losing the names? Their time clocks go out constantly, We've replaced them 8 times in 2 years ( 3 clock locations ). Just a horrible company to deal.

This company first said they were paying my wage garnishment (the state of Oklahoma forces everyone with a taxable income to have their wages garnished without their consent) to Child Support Services and after I found out they were not (DHS told me they have never received any money) they proceeded to mislead me over the phone, saying my former employer was responsible for it. My company always referred me back to them. After over an hour on the phone a "floor manager" was finally able to transfer me to the correct department (the wage garnishment department wasn't the right department to handle my wage garnishment apparently). They refused to talk to me but did say it was their fault as they do handle the garnishment and this happens a lot. My former employer told me that ADP said they paid DHS 2 weeks ago in the amount missing from my checks. DHS confirmed this is not the truth. This has been going on for over 2 months and I am gaining interest on the amount they have taken from my paychecks and not paid to DHS. This company is a train wreck. Find someone else to provide your payroll services and human resource management.
