Of a person of color, I find it really odd that when I went in there for a job interview there was no one of color working there. On top of that I was also told that I was definitely a candidate for the job and yet they didn't hire me due to my professional skills. I have 10 years worth of professional skills experience and yet I didn't get the job. And I was told that they hire people right out of college. Will I have a BA. So go figure. By the way ADP is all about that money. So for any company that do or does do business with them remember that once you buy their products they will keep calling you to buy more, even when you don't need it. Cold calls definitely. Keeping it real, since they didn't want to hire me due to the color of my skin. Peace.

Horrible bank! They don't have no customer service. They process paperwork without even telling you! They have our money but think they can do what they want with it! Incredible culture. 70 years in business. 1 in 6 paychecks processes thru ADP.ADP Jobs Report is used by investment firms as well as the government for making market predictions.A great place to work and a great stock to invest in.

All of these reviews are pretty harsh and a bit outlandish. I have worked at this ADP branch for almost a year now and it upsets me that our clients or potential clients think these things of us.This location has only been open for roughly 4 years, if that, so of course it was going to have some bumps in the road.First of all, we DO hire people of color and Hispanics, because I am one of them. Age also does not matter whatsoever.Second, we are a sales company this is true and there is pressure put on us to make our numbers that is also true but we are workers in the US that need to make our money too to feed our families and keep roofs over our heads just like everyone else.With that being said, we STILL work hard to try and keep our clients happy too. It just really sucks that a lot of us simply do not have the power to help out more than we could because there are many departments that specialize in different things. Individually we can’t do everything.Lastly, ADP is not just a payroll company, we are a Human Capital Management company as well which is why we call and ask business owners about benefits/retirement, HR needs, or time keeping assistance because WE CAN HELP with all of it hence the cold calling.We are humans, we work, we have families, we’re trying to pay off student debt, we’re trying to start our lives, we make mistakes, but we try and help.ADP is NOT a bad company nor are the people in there because this job has helped me significantly and I have found some of my best friends in this place.Do more research before you pre-judge. This country was not built on tearing other companies (and people) down.

The simplest way to put it is that this company is incompetent, and doesn't care at all. Last May (2015) a sales rep came and it seemed it would be slightly less than Intuit and I would receive safer printed checks so I decided to switch. It only took running two payrolls with them to realize this was a horrible mistake. First payroll my checks did not arrive early as the sales rep had said they would but I waited until pay day thinking they would arrive then, when they didn't I called (got transferred here and there) and was told they weren't delivered because they couldn't find my business. We face the street, have a sign and have never had any issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS etc, and it just would have been nice to be notified that my checks weren't coming, especially since they claimed to have attempted delivery 3 days prior to my calling. Second payroll an employee had opted for direct deposit, the set up didn't work but we weren't notified, didn't know until after payday when my employee wasn't paid. Calling ADP is always a game of phone tag, you will be transferred to someone who will transfer you to someone else who will give you a number to call, etc.Though I switched my payroll back to Intuit I could not close the IRA I opened, it hasn't been an issue though until this month when they withdrew three times the selected amount, I called and was told it was three months of charges in one, except that I was charged the other months. Now I'm waiting on a call back. Save yourself the trouble and do not deal with this company.

I applied for a position on the ADP Careers web page. I had a technical issue; it was not working. There is NO WAY for a potential employee to get help. I called four times, and did A Lot of research online for a contact # or email to use for this purpose (webmaster, online technical support, etc.) The two people I did talk with could have been robots. They both referred me to their 800 number for Sales! They had no company directory, they had no other information and could be of no assistance! Their own company cannot help with technical problems with their own website!! They keep referring me to the Toll Free general sales number. If you are not a client, they Do Not Care. Problem is, I COULD BE a potential client or investor. It should not be so very hard to get help for the ADP corporate website technical issues.

Despite painfully providing personal information and proper log-in procedures...CAN'T LOG-ON!! Why can't we go back to the payroll clerk...get my paycheck and go to the bank?

I was tricked into thinking we had Workman's comp Insurance after 5 months I finally found out the hard way. Once they admit they are wrong they will not put anything in writing. The company is lead by $$$$ only not giving a crap about your business only the numbers they are required to sell. Need more information or do you have information to share about ADP I would love to hear it. We should all get together and file one big law suite against them for lies.
