These people are racists told me they couldnt help me over the phone or reply back via email because they insinuated i was white before hanging up someone changed my email to my account is why i called so now its my/someone elses account because over the phone they cant do anything lolol

These people are trash they let someone change my email address to my payroll account. Then when i call its not there problem. These are the felons that are responsible for payroll. Looks like ill be driving to the bank. Always nice to have a company you can trust lol.

Sorry excuse for a payroll company. They don’t even understand basic math. They screwed up by overpaying, and don’t understand that taxes are taken out of that money and they expect to receive the full amount back. They messed up and now we lose money? Makes no sense at all.

DO you guys know the meaning of direct deposit? why is it that a full 4 days after the physical checks have been handed out a direct deposit has yet to be issued? it is inhumane. I got bills to pay

ADP payroll services and payroll processing company paid my employees twice, overdrawing my payroll account and ruining my ability to pay outside contractors for a week. Then they clawed back the extra payment from my employees credited back both payroll payments to my account which also triggered an insufficient funds fee in ADP and triggered a hold on my payroll account. DUH!?!? So I had to waste days of my life trying to explain to them what happened got the hold lifted and the first intended payroll paid. Guess what happened next payroll???Payroll could not be processed due to a hold on my account! The levels of incompetence is unrivaled. Stay away from ADP payroll services and payroll processing company if you value your business.

My employer uses ADP website instead of giving me a paystub. Problem is, alllllllll adp offers me is, the sum total of hours worked. That is it.It does NOT give the dates I worked, let alone my punch in or out times. It does Not provide a client number to verify I am being paid for the correct clients. (I work for many clients through same employer, and each one has different payrate).I get the info 2 weeks later, no way to clarify and correct by then. There is no daily count of hours at the end of my shift. Because of ADP NOT being able to give me the dates, times, and clients I have worked for, I now have to keep very careful records in a way that I never had to before.This is great for my employer--but not for me.

ADP is a Sanctuary organization for Deadbeat parents to hide from persecution. My kids mother is $50,000,+ in child support arrears. 2015 found Guilty of willful contempt and an income deduction order was provided by the court. I keep sending ADP the court order and ADP keeps making excuses from loosing my paperwork, loosing employees (kids mother) or avoiding to return my calls, going on a year now without.I was not surprised that ADP Home Office is in California. ADP obviously shares in California Ideology, by creating a sacturary for Deadbeat parents, to hide from persecution too. ADP gives false hope on the premise of a wage garnishment; a smoke and mirror division of ADP .
