The experience I had with this company was horrible. You are told one price at point of sale only to see multiple withdrawals taken from your account. Called multiple times to ask about fees to get little answers. Finally, took four phone calls and two months to get the account cancelled and for them to stop taking money from bank account. Each time the phone conversation ending with me asking so there will be no more money taken out correct? I would get an affirmative response to again have money taken out a week later. There are much better companies out there that can help you with your needs, I highly suggest seeking them out.

This company is horrible. You ask for a total, then check your bank account & 2 or 3 different amounts are taken from your account. So I called to speak to someone about it and was told that I needed to be more specific. How more specific can you be when you ask for the total amount that will be drafted from your account. Yes the company has different departments, got it & I understand that part but really when you ask for the total amount then that should include the total from all of the departments the company has. This so damn frustrating.

They hold your money if it's a holiday in the week before your payday. Probably so they can collect interest on everyone's paychecks sitting in their account. A shady business to conduct business with

They are currently keeping my $800 "hostage" and I will not tolerate they're behavior because actions speak louder than words on paper.I will be updating this the best way I can so that anyone who wants adp wouldn't have to endure the same fate as my own.

HIGH HIGH HIGH pressure sales. We have told them no countless times over the past year and their reps keep showing up at our building and harassing management.

I wish they had an option for Zero stars. They are the most inadequate company ever. Their employees are not training Ed and like to "pass the buck." Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
