Overall Feedback:

Terrible. Left Intuit after 10 years to try to save money. BIG MISTAKE. Went back to intuit. #1 - Monthly fees promised by the sales rep were not honored once we enrolled#2 - Did not correctly file Q1 941 tax reports - got letters from IRS, had to settle#3 - Limited the amount of checks per payroll - nickel and dime'd everything#4 - Payroll website is NOT user friendly + ugly reports#5 - Told them we were leaving their service, they gave us 30 MINUTES to get all our documentation out of their online system. When you plan to leave, and you will, DON'T TELL THEM without saving all necessary documents!
