Horrible!! DO NOT give these people your money or time of day!! Have a certain look they hire (discrimination looks obvious) and I think Katie and whoever she discusses hiring with should be open minded and teach employees how to be welcoming to people that come in.

ADP, Harrassive, think they can throw their weight around any way they want. Think they can input anyone into their database anytime they want.

Called to I inquire about service and got a snippy manager, who continued to cut down all the other monitoring companies and didn't tell me they were asking my last 4 of social to run my credit, I only wanted a quote. The free equipment they talk about is if you do a 36 month agreement, I don't like sneaky!

My husbands employer uses ADP. It's almost April and they have not provided my correct w2. They sent me a w2 and it was incorrect by about 60k dollars. I have been calling for 6 weeks. I can't talk to a supervisor and nobody has has any information when you call.
