You guys are horrible I can not even get through to a real agent for help with my questions, how do you guys even stay in business if me as a customer can not get through to an actual representative to talk to and not the stupid automated voice.

Great company! They work hard to do as they're asked. ADP has a lot of different offerings and they work hard to deliver stellar service.

Don’t use this company. Everyone is a joke. Their service, reps, and managers have no clue to what they’re doing.

Horrible company. They outsource to India or something and all the reps in that call center have no clue what is going on. Please please please use a different company for payroll services these guys are a joke.

We set up a 401K account for our small business and it's been giving me grief ever since. Set up had to do 3 extra calls because they couldn't get the system to work, was passed around when I had questions to different people who couldn't help, was never given contacts after the sale of who to talk to for questions so I've sat on the call in lines for hours, the system doesn't work half of the time on my end even when I'm on the phone with the the techs, just wasting my time on things that should be streamlined and since we're a small business I can't spend this time on something that should be so easy, etc.
