The company I work for switched our payroll to this company about July 2016. Our W-2's last year were put out online, they had to be retracted because they were not correct. This year we received our W-2's in the mail and online. Again they are very incorrect. If you switch your payroll to this company, tell your employees to check everything on their pay stubs every payday.

Small businesses beware! Terrible customer service. I cancelled the service 6 months ago and still cannot get them to stop charging me or get a refund for the overcharge. They made mistakes to tax filings and I had to clean them up. Costs like 5 times more than intuit and their customer service far surpasses ADP.
