Feedback:

8 weeks after submitting my direct deposit information for my checking account to ADP, I'm still getting all my pay sent to one of their pay cards. That wouldn't be a huge deal, if they ever sent it to me. I've requested one twice, and had to have my HR rep take time out of her day to go through their garbage customer service line to request the second one. They said they sent it, but here I am, 2 weeks after that and a week after the latest estimated arrival date, still without the card. Customer service is a joke, seemingly staffed mostly by people who only know enough English to repeat the options from the automated menu, and I'm seriously considering quitting this job just because the company they use for payroll is so atrocious.
