If you are looking for a sales job STAY AWAY FROM THE FLORIDA DIVISION of ADP TotalSource. You won't like the environment or how you are treated by the VP & DVP. The employees don't matter only metrics do. They like you only if you are doing well. The second you have a bad week or month you will get calls/emails from your direct manager, VP and The DVP. It's extremely redundant and over the top and none of their ideas work as senior leadership is completely detached from the field. The DVP looks at things from the "Ivory Tower." The VP is a puppet to the DVP and has no leadership skills whatsoever.
