Feedback:

the customer service is TERRIBLE they’re rude and never want to assist you with your needs. I was lied to by 3 associates saying I’d have my money back on a certain day but of course that didn’t happen and when I called them an asked where it was they REFUSED to reimburse me. They ran my card completely dry off of one transaction. That occurred 7 times in my account. They turned my account off without my permission after I called several times asking for my money back. This dump doesn’t even deserve one star. I even had to hire a lawyer! Took them over 3 MONTHS to reimburse my money!!! So if you don’t want over a 120 dollars to go missing don’t go threw this company.

the fact that employee's cannot talk to customer service is ridiculous....the app does not work if you have 2 jobs that using the app...i cannot access my jobs for time off or w-2's on 1 of my jobs...yes it shows all pay stubs but again I cannot do anything from my first job since I add the 2nd job...this problem is not my job's issue because they cant fix it without deleting the other jobs stuff...this is a hugh problem with ADP itself...ADP is time consuming, stressful to fix and a high waste of time...people I work with have the same problem but do not want to waste time dealing with it so they do things manually..

They don't work weekends even though we get paid on Fridays so we have to deal with whatever problems they cause after waiting several days. In the meantime we go into debt and go hungry. Thank you elitist payroll companies.

Very incompetent staff. Wait times are over an hour, then the staff doesn’t even know which department to send you to if you have a retirement account or using payroll. In addition, they have unwanted charges , when you call to correct them, they have no idea how to fix. I’m going to cancel my retirement services and payroll with them

They have totally messed up my payroll Time and time again. I had Wells Fargo PayPal for 13 years they sold it out to ADP I've had them for 3 months and I spent more time trying to correct their errors and actually costing me money on top of it. Do not use this company.

Worst payroll service ever! Completely lacking customer service. I cancelled the service 6 months ago and still am unable to get them to stop charging my small business bi-weekly. They ding you for everything. They made errors filing my IRS forms in 2018 and I had to clean up the mess. Small businesses beware.

If I could give them zero stars I would.This company is absolutely horrible with terrible customer service. They keep your money in their accounts and then play with you and give you a run around when you try to withdraw the cash or transfer your own money to your actual bank account. This company is garbage.

ADP is the worst. They have a bunch of people in customer service who doesn’t know what they are doing and give nothing but fake numbers to call & a run around. They love to play with people’s money. Will be reaching out to my lawyer.
