I switched to PrimePay after finding out ADP had my tax ID number wrong for 3 quarters. Their only job was to file my taxes and they failed at it. On top of it all they charged me to fix their mistake. I will never use them again.

Can not get anyone on the phone. They also screwed up my Q1 taxes royally. I will not ever use ADP again.

Very low efficiency. Ask for handling one simple problem(stop withholding improper tax), emailed 3 times, called 3 times, still not solved, and it's about 2 months since I first asked. Very bad experience.
