Customer service is a joke. They just keep sending you from one person to the next and absolutely no one can help you. They keep telling you to go to their web site even after you've told each person at least 3 times that you cannot find what you need on their web site.

ADP really is nice to use UNTIL you close your business and have to cancel your account. they NEVER filed my tax papers for 2017.. what a mess... they will NOT allow me to access my information without charging me... total scam, total rip-off, now i need a tax professional to finish the paperwork that ADP is withholding from me. AND they are sending me threatening letters from collection agencies... I HATE YOU ADP

Can't speak for this business itself, only the terrible website and app. With that said the app offers no way to see actual current funds and I'm pretty sure my passwords are different for each somehow. The website is always changing. Almost every page has a stupid pop-up with an option "please do not show me this again" but that option doesn't do anything. And now, once again, my password mysteriously stops working but this time there isn't even a password reset option. Save yourself the trouble and don't use ADP and their stupid debit card.Edit: Turns out my login works... if I go to a different login screen, however, nowhere on this site does it allow you to see your current balance. Absolutely awful. If I could this would have 0 stars.
