They do major age discrimination in this place. If you are above the age of 27 years old you won't be hired for any position. Especially if you're black. I had every skill they wanted in their job ad and I was called in to interview. Everyone I saw appeared to be very early 20's. The managers were probably late 30's at the max. I knew I would not get hired. When 99% of all the employees you see are in one age group, and you fall into another age group, it tells you all you need to know. The managers are actively hiring only very young people. I'm assuming they don't get intimidated by them. Also, the minorities within the building are basically non existent. I saw one black female who appeared to be early 20's and that was it. Everyone else was white or so light they could pass for white. If you're older than 27 years of age don't even waste your time applying at this place.

We signed up with ADP in August of 2018. We were promised a platform launch to all of our staff, time and attendance, payroll services, HR services, and much more. We have been working with the team actively to get all this set up. To date we still do not have the platform set up for our employees, the handbook has never been done, the time and attendance is still not set up, we have not received any HR services, and on the payroll side they have everything so screwed up we were being taxed on things that were not taxable. We have repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages to multiple staff members trying to get this resolved. Every time we are told "We are on it" and nothing happens. I follow up and I'm promised again that this will get resolved and yet nothing happens. We have paid for a service we have never received. I feel we have given this company over six months to get everything set up and done with no resolution in site. So we called to cancel the services, and we were strong armed being told we would be responsible for paying the full amount of the 8 months remaining on the contract. I was in shock. You can clearly see by looking at our account we have not received any of the services promised yet we have paid for them. You can also see the multiple emails and calls I have made trying to get these issues resolved. We just spent 2 weeks trying to clean up a taxes issue that you guys caused. I am gravely disappointed that we were never taken care of and our account set up properly and working, that when we finally throw in the towel your reaction is to strong arm us into staying, and that at the end of the day you would take advantage of a small business.

Absolutely horrible. Can't log on. My wife has her master's degree in technical support and she can't even log in. I was given 3 codes to try and log in. All 3 codes are not valid even when I just got them! Tried to call and can't get anyone on the line. Waited for 47 minutes just to get disconnected. What the hell?! I strongly recommend a different company to anyone. This company just will simply aggravate you to no end.

I've been locked out of my online account and was instructed to call the number on the back of my card. The answering message gives you no option to speak with an operator after pressing "0" multiple times it just continues back to its original irrelevant questions. When I am finally put on hold for an operator, after 5 minutes of waiting the digital operator tells me I can just find answers on the FAQ page and then hangs up on me. You can only contact this company via this customer service number or snail mail. Infuriating.
