ADP is deplorable. Their gross negligence is shocking and the clerical errors that they make are atrocious. I was supposed to have my FSA re-activated after ADP terminated it due to a clerical error. I have been fighting with them for over a month to get my benefits. I ended up filing a consumer complaint with the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General's office. When they realized that I was filing complaints, they called to tell me that they were on it and would have it fixed ASAP. This was after they ignored me for weeks, despite accepting my payments. They even promised a date when my issue would be fixed and it still has not been fixed. I have been given the names of two people who claimed that they would help, both employees of ADP. Neither has done anything to help and rarely respond to either emails or calls. Calling the general ADP number is of no use. Several times, I have felt like ADP purposely leaves people on hold for so long that they hang up. On a couple of occasions, I have waited on hold for more 30 minutes or more, while the agents claims to be working on my case only to have them hang up without saying a word. I am at the point where I might need to take them to small claims court or be forced to hire an attorney to try to resolve my issue. ADP does not respond to negative social media posts. The only reason I am posting my issue here is to warn people to stay away from ADP. If you're a job hunter, do not work there. If you're a small business looking for an HR partner, choose any other company. ADP will make your life a living hell until they have frustrated you to the point of giving up.

Good luck if you need to speak to a customer service rep. The completely useless “customer service” phone line pawns every issue off on another entity with no option to speak to anyone at ADP.

Completely USELESS! I only asked to speak with the person that I PERSONALLY met with 8 months ago (can't remember her name) and customer service REFUSED to give me that info. They KNOW who it is but will NOT give me the information. I can't believe I'M the one who suggested our firm sign up with ADP. I'll have to find another payroll company and hopefully get my boss to switch!!

If you want to hear the most annoying phone answering service call the 800 number at ADP. I canceled my appointment with their representative and any interest in using ADP services. How can they come into my business with business solutions when they operate their business with out any regard to servicing their customer. ADP is not for me.
