Almost all my years being a payroll Specialist/Analyst we have used ADP software from PCPW, Pay@work, and WFN we have had great experiences with any software you eventually have to customize certain things to your company's needs. With challenges a team is always there to get us through. I know work for ADP and my experience thus far is great. I am now on the other side and know how best to make my client's feel piece of mind.

My experience with adp has been effin brutal. I'm shaking with anger right now. I was on hold to get an issue with this week's payroll fixed. A simple severance payment with the rrsp being reduced and taxed properly. I was on hold for 2 hours, and when I finally got an answer. The employee aggressively told me he had no clue how to do what I was asking. He was a mad man! I asked to speak to a manager and had to wait another 40 minutes. My morning is shot at this point. The manager walked me through the changes, and when it was processed after 5 today, it still did not work correctly! I now have a tough conversation with this employee monday morning due to this incompetence

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Their login to check your pay stubs fails. Every. Single. Time. Customer service is of no help and it's damn near impossible to get your pay stubs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Zero stars if I could. A few of my companies have been using this service for years... we have over 40 employees. The service is atrocious. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone to get transferred 7 times, so I can add another location to one of our companies. The call actually went no where... and I was told I would get a call back. When I attempted to do this last week, it did get a call back - but in the end I never got the results. So far I have wasted well over an hour on the phone, to get a simple request done. The frustration. And good luck trying to get ANYTHING done through email. Someone should clue in that email is the way business operates. It didn't used to be this bad... this is an all time low.

The Worst Customer service EVER!!!!! They leave you on hold in hopes that you will hang up. They literally don't care to provide any type of customer service - I've been hung up on. They never know the answer to any questions. They love to give you the run around. I would never EVER use any of their services ever again.
