If I can rate ADP (the whole company) a 0 star, I would. They seem to be extremely attentive when you try to sign up but after you sign up, it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone from your team that was provided to you. It is issue after issue and also they create issues for you. The average wait time over the phone is from 20-45 min. I really hope my rating helps anyone who is thinking about utilizing ADP, please don't. ADP will not save you time or help you with your payroll services. Research and use another payroll service company.
