One of the worst companies I've dealt with. I was promised by the sales rep that I would have a dedicated implementation specialist to answer my questions. Well that didn't happen. The number of the lady they gave me never called back, even after 5 phone calls where I left messages. Finally after I called to escalate my complaint did I get a phone call back. I called customer support to change what we consider a standard working week after explaining it, it took 4 phone calls for someone to finally get it right. I tried to reach out to my sales rep who promised he would get things fixed for me, but still didn't get anywhere. Finally I decided to cancel, well it's been almost 4 months and I still have up call every other week to have them return me money they they charged me after I canceled my account. How ridiculous can this company be? Is it that hard to get someone competent to perform my simple requests? If you're looking for book keeping, call someone local. You'll only have headaches with ADP. And while I'm on it, they make you change your login password every 3 months, so unless you like remembering a new password every few weeks, don't bother.
