The online registration is not user friendly. The website lags. The support centre was of no help when I called for assistance. It has taken me all day waiting for the system to tick over so I am able to complete the forms.

Well as usual in this day and age no matter how many times you call/leave voice mail or email them directly you will never get a reply from these wannabe losers.There just like all outher agencies out there post there fake job ads to build there data bases then you will never hear from them ever again useless bunch of dogs they are being resume collectors and they wonder why in this day and age people have given up on the agencies..Labourhire agencies in this day and age = Phone call replacement slavery..Boycott the agencies!! shut em all down and give the rights back to the people..You shouldn't have to sign your rights away in this day and age to get a job,Stuff you!!

Jem looks after the site I work at with 3 other Adecco employees. She does an excellent job at ensuring that we are all paid on time, ensures that we are looked after and are safe at work every day and is always available to answer any questions that we might have. 11/10 recommend Adecco for anyone looking for work.

Can't recommend the Team at Adecco Wacol enough for all their help, Special thanks to Rachel, Mensur and Jem - you guys rock! Any time i have had a question or query they were straight on to it and responded within hours, amazing! So much better and more proactive than all the other agencies and they found me the perfect placement to launch a new career.
