First recruiting agency I have been with and so far its been life changing for me. (I came from hospitality industry.) Kristie McElwaine reached out to me, regarding a short term assignment admin role, which would help me to gain experience in local government sector. An eight week assignment turned into one year with the encouragement and support to apply for internal permanent role from manager's, coordinator's and supervisor's, however I decided not to as I now have experience and wanted something closer to home. My last week at local government, I was placed in another local government role the following week by Kirstie, my salary slightly higher and it was closer to home. Since I first met Kirstie, she has been friendly and professional, she made everything seem easy (mean while I was having anxiety and panic attacks) she was reasuring and confident in my abilities. Through out the year she went out of her way, (though it seemed natural with her) in making sure I settled into the role and checking in with me, by visiting me on site, or via text or email, she is very thorough with time sheets making sure you get paid on time. She's a wonderful support system who has always been there for me and more importantly, when I've needed her. I strongly Recommend Adecco 'Kristie McElwaine'
