Feedback:

Very unorganized

Feedback:

Only gave one star because I had to. Workers dont show. Office never responds to requests questions or needs. This place made a very challenging job of dealing with mom a progressive Alzheimers even more difficult. We need to have more people around that will treat their business or work like they would want when they reach their elderly parents. I am hoping that others will read this and try another agency for their family or personal needs.

Feedback:

Great organization for Health Care workers.

Feedback:

My review applies to ADDUS, LHC GROUP, and one of it's healthcare employees, Diane Cymerman, PTA. This agency was hired by my mother to provide home care nurse and physical therapy services in the privacy of her 3rd floor senior apt.in exchange for fees. The last service the agency scheduled for my mother was physical therapy with Diane Cymerman, PTA. She was aware that my 86 years old mother had high blood pressure, yet she had her exercise by walking up and down 2 flights of stairs with a walker. Diane often didn't have a blood pressure cuff to monitor my mom's blood pressure. Diane knew my mother wore a emergency ADT alert necklace at all times for emergency. Well back on April 6, 2016, my mother had a stroke while in the care of Diane Cymerman, PTA, who left my mom alone while she went down to the office to ask the manager to dial 911. She did so well knowing there was a backup working home, landline phone she saw each time she visited. Diane intentionally left my mom alone and staled for emergency help. Diane gave a lot of time for the stroke to do damages to my mom's brain, etc.. It is my belief that Diane Cymerman's actions, inactions was knowingly intentional and reckless. She poses a threat to seniors she serve physical therapy services to in private, behind closed doors. As for the agencies, they didn't give us an appointment to come in to discuss what happened that day, they just avoided the family turned their backs to move on with their affairs. If my mom had chose to go for out patient PT instead, if she had a stroke, the staff would have more likely responded far more caringly, professionally than PTA, Diane Cymerman did that day.
