Feedback:

I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. They were very quick to respond and eager to help me move in the right direction. My recruiter Laura Trost was very nice and helpful in guiding me through the process of getting a new job. Since I moved here from California, I wasn’t very sure where to look for a new job which is a big step and I wanted to find something reliable for long term. Laura worked very hard to meet my expectations for the type of job I was searching for. Within just a month, she set me up with couple interviews and I was hired and able to choose from my options. I can’t be happier with the process and the enthusiasm of her quick response to any of my questions. I would recommend Addisson group to anyone who is out there looking to work in any specific field and some professional guidance. I am starting my new job next week and I am thankful that I don’t have to search and apply online which can be very time consuming.

Feedback:

Totally unprofessional. Lack of help. Empty promises. Would not recommend this business at all. Better off finding employment on your own.

Feedback:

Addison Group is the best, most efficient, and most professional recruiting firm I've ever had the pleasure of working with. After graduating college in August 2017, I turned to them for help finding new full-time work. I was having difficulty breaking into new markets, and after seeing how highly rated Addison already was, I figured there was nothing to lose. I'm glad I talked with them because they wasted no time genuinely getting to know me and asking about my strengths and skillsets. Every other recruiting company I've reached out to has feigned interest and left me feeling unvalued and frustrated. All staff at Addison really made me feel like a part of the Addison family, and got my resume in front of potential employers as soon as possible. Addison got me two or three interviews before one worked out. All the interviews I got were for robust, full-time positions in my desired field. Addison also provided interview coaching, tips, and resume adjustments all free of cost, all of which helped me greatly and exponentially improved my knowledge about modern hiring processes. The interview that turned into an offer was for a temp-to-hire full-time position, and while I didn't end up staying at that position, every staff member at Addison was extremely helpful during my time there, always providing documents if requested, and following up quickly and clearly through email and/or phone. I truly can't stress enough how positive my experience was with Addison. Everyone worked their butts off for me and never made me feel like a low priority. That's something you just don't see these days, and I deeply appreciate it. It's for reasons like these that Addison stands head and shoulder above the rest. They even sent me a Christmas card around late December. If you are looking for opportunities in the administration, accounting, IT, human resources, or temp staffing worlds, Addison should be your top choice.

Feedback:

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Lorenzo Savino and Megan Greenwald are amazing at finding good fits with great companies. Within a week I was working for a fortune 500 company. It started with them setting up an interview is just 2 days. The position was a temp to hire position, which after some thought, is actually an extended interview for both the company and yourself. I was able to get a feel of what the job entailed and what my day-to-day would look like if I worked hard enough to get the permanent position. The whole experience was fantastic and I did receive a job offer after 2 months. If you are in need of a job in this tough job market, coming to Addison Group would be the best place to start. Great people, great resources, and constant support/ feedback. What else do you need when searching for a job? Look no further than Addison Group in Schaumburg, IL.

Feedback:

I’m really disappointed with them. The recruiter I worked with is named Meghan Milazzo. Everytime she called me she only responded to my calls when she found a position for me. However whenever I wait for a answer if I got the job or not she would always put me on voicemail. It’s just funny cause whenever I call her about questions with the interview she responds. But after, she always put me on voicemail and I worked with her for like 4-5 positions since last October. Now this is the part just I’m furious about, Meghan sent me a email saying that I’ll get a 25 dollar gift card for each referral I give her for this position. So I responded to her and she immediately started to email me back quickly. My friend did go for an interview and met Meghan. So I asked Meghan when I will get my 25 dollar gift card, since I referred my friend. Guess what. No response and everytime I call her, it goes straight to voicemail. I sent her emails and text messages as well. It’s funny when I was helping her she responded right away, but when I am now asking when I’ll receive my gift card she isn’t responding. Don’t let this recruiting company help you guys. They aren’t any help at all.

Feedback:

BIG SHOT Joshua Tristan won't return calls and will not answer emails. He is messaging people around just wasting their time. I guess he is too important... loser.

Feedback:

Very unhelpful company! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE HATERS PLEASE. I would like to share my positive review. These people...especially the Schaumburg and Chicago (by the Sears Tower) offices, are amazing and definitely not a waste of time. Thanks to both of these wonderful offices, and especially thanks to Cody Gault at Schaumburg-Woodfield, I am working for the LARGEST NORTH AMERICAN FREIGHT BROKER...CH Robinson (Wood Dale)! These people are VERY competent...in fact, I tried multiple staffing agencies in Chicagoland throughout my unemployment who did absolutely nothing for me. I read these bad reviews, got the same feeling you all probably do reading them, and then BOOM! I get the call for an interview at my now beloved workplace the VERY NEXT DAY! I recommend Addison Group-Schaumburg 100 times over.

Feedback:

Waste of time, their recruiters do not connect with people. For them, it's not what job you want, it's what job they you to take. You'll also engage in unnecessary activities. Picture yourself as a 5' tall guy wanting to join the basketball team and the coach knows you but is dismissive. Then calls you out of the blue and makes you ditch a date as your only tryout chance. Then tells you their golden rule is not to take anyone under 6'.

Feedback:

The Addison Group was very helpful in the beginning stage of my professional career. I had a recruiter that I thought was very ambitious and communicative. She made me feel as if she was by my side but the entire time I told her I was having issues at a specific assignment and that I was worried, everything just seemed to went in one ear and out of the other. However, she did the best she could with me. I had little to no experience and she gave me SOMETHING (1 month) of where I can say I actually learned something for another position moving forward. I believe that companies Addison places you to interview with find black and educated women intimidating and don’t really know what to predict or how to interact with us. My recruiter wasn’t getting what I was poking at one day; which was a huge red flag for me because I stated to her I would prefer to work somewhere diverse, fair, and something challening enough that I can put it on my resume and it be as an accomplishment but she did otherwise and ignored flags I warned her about.Lastly, I just wanted to point out that I recently had an interview and it went terrible. I thought I did good but reflecting on it I didnt feel so good about it. I called my recruiter to discuss and see where we can move forward but she didnt answer my calls and avoiding emails. Im used to our culture being shut out just didnt expect someone who showed so much compassion at one point, just give up and turn their back on me when you counted on them the most hurts. I feel as if someone made their capital from me and then continued on to better things which is fine but i’m a big girl, i think i can handle someone saying the dont want to work with me anymore instead of avoiding and ignoring me.
