Feedback:

Leadership at this company is horrible, worked here for 2 years and never received a raise. Upper management says one thing but does another. Communication from the top down is horrible. Everything seemed to be last minute. They literally fired me because a technician took a job with the company that we contracted for and chose not to let me know. The training of technicians at this company is not organized at all. The company says that you only need 4 to 5 weeks of training prior to going to the field to work, this is 100% BS! They basically just throw you out there to the wolves and if you aren't cutting the mustard they will let you go with the quickness. They made me fire technicians because they did not want to travel to work 1 week prior to Thanksgiving and also wanted them to work through the holidays SMH. Also there are no paid holidays here you have to use your PTO, and if it isnt submitted 1 month prior forget about it you are screwed. Leadership ask for inputs and they basically fall on dead ears because nothing changes. Also being a regional supervisor sucks here because initially the job I was offered was to be a supervisor for technicians in the market that I worked in then after being hired I had to take over almost 5 different states and mind you I was never given a raise and more and more responsibility was just thrown on me. They suck!!! Would definitely not recommend to anyone!!!

This company does a large hiring just so they can do a mass lay off? They cut several departments - why not move the employees from those departments to the positions you just did the job fair for? The company was aware two weeks prior that they were cutting these depts. when hiring new people - they didn't just wake up one morning and go you know what we are going to do today - at least I hope they don't do that - either way it is very very... Bad business!

Just laid a bunch of long term employees off at Christmas without a severance package while the execs bought brand new trucks. Dont work there.

Ordered Directv a month ago and these idiots were supposed to do the install. They have now canceled on me 3 times, and waited till the final hour of my window to do so. I am now going with another service provider.

No Lie i called 18 times and received commitment ....Then they never show up to do install worst company ever...I would be really interested to see how they stay in business!
