Last year whomever did my taxes reported a totally different amount than was on my W2 and I now owe the IRS a few thousand dollars. When I asked them for help, all they said was they would refund me for last year. And that was through a secretary, not even the accountant called and apologized. It took me 3 other people to explain all they had to do was submit and amendment. The worst service, and absolutely no care for who they do taxes for. Just numbers, wrong ones at that. Didn't even offer to redo my taxes from last year and offer to do them this year for free. Never again.
