They’re not very nice and not professional at all. The lady answered the phone like I was calling her personal phone. She seemed very annoyed by my questions and acted like I was bugging her. And the day just started. Can’t imagine how she is halfway through the day. You’re working a job where people are trying to find work and get by. Act like a professional and be more courteous.
