Very disappointing. Service is promising and friendly at first. But it appears when you need something from them you wont get it. Jake will cut you off, and try to lecture you. Christa will forget to follow through, or fail to relay information. I've emailed them for several months trying to get copies of documents they filed for a previous tax period for my attorney. Face to face Jake finally says his firm did file the paperwork in question. But no I cant have copies of it. They would rather let me leave. They are so inept or forgetful or biased or discriminatory it finally started to cost me real dollars. Better off elsewhere with a book-keeper who seems to care. Action Tax has demonstrated that they do not care about me.

Wow. This is the fastest service I’ve ever gotten for doing my taxes. Usually it will take me almost an hour to get things done but this time it only took no more than 15 minutes in and out. I only asked them to make sure it’s all resolved and were quick about it. They would hold onto your paperwork’s until you’re ready to pay so that you don’t have to redo the paperwork again. Go see Corrie Koopman. She will help you get a great tax return. She is also quick.

Action Tax is the best! Tax season for me can be stressful as a business owner but knowing that Jake and his team of professionals are there to help it truly puts me at ease. I owed a substantial amount to the IRS and he cut my IRS bill in half. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Action Tax.

Wow they are busy. Busiest Firm I've seen. Well over 3000+ clients with more being added everyday. This firm is great about communication, but as a client, I need to be good with communication as well or I can easily see how they don't have time to continually follow-up. This being said, they have more active communication then any other CPA firm I have dealt with. They send reminders, they follow-up about deadlines, and taxes to be paid, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met as best as they can. It's also helpful to keep in mind that despite this being is a small team with THOUSANDS of clients, they still offer full services, unlike most CPA firms. Taxes, payroll, bookkeeping, the works. They are open year-round, they are busy, and they are Excellent at what they do. It's obvious that they love their jobs and they love their clients.

This guy is a con artist who will try and steal your business. Steer clear. Someone needs to write to Jesse Jones about this guy. Nothing but a crook. How he is in business is beyond me.
