Have used Action Tax for my mother for 3 yrs. In the past Tom was very helpful, communicated well, and taxes were done promptly. Tom is no longer with the company. I received a letter letting us know that they would still handle our taxes. This year, I have been waiting about 28 days, and have not been contacted yet. I have called several times checking to see if they have everything they need and to find out when it will be completed. I have been rudely told, that i will be contacted when it is completed. Today is the tax deadline day. Sandra (whom i have been told is working on the return) has not contacted me. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the delay of processing when i dropped the information off, and in lack of communication by the accountant. Sadly, I will not be using them in the future.
