After the first horrible year, I can only blame myself for returning for the second even more horrible year! But then, silly me, I asked questions! I was informed that other clients don't ask questions and neither should I! I had no right to question anything. Explanation would not be offered. The office was very difficult to work with. My paperwork was lost. Multiple different people attempted to work on my return (too many cooks).
