I've been using AccuPay Systems for payroll and 1099s since the mid 1980s. It's always been a very easy, accurate, efficient and cost-effective way to process payroll tax returns and 1099 forms. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and able to assist with special situations and requests.

We have been using Accupay for a couple of months now, but we are extremely happy with the service. We had to switch our payroll company last minute and Accupay was the only company that did not waste our time, and got the job done right away. Their customer service is great, and the rep that we have been in contact with, Felix, is very knowledgeable. He has trained us on how to use the system and is a constant source of support. They are fantastic. Their website is easy to use. Their customer service is outstanding. Every email I have sent has been responded to within the hour with either a reply or a phone call. They were incredibly patient with us when we were adding new hires to a last minute payroll. I was panicking and they acted like it was no big deal.

Excellent support from Accupay. This is my first encounter with Accupay payroll system to process a small payroll although I have used the after-the-fact payroll system for many years. It is a good economic alternative to Paychex, ADP or a bank payroll.
