They post all these great jobs, get you in the door to tell you about a couple of positions you would be PERFECT for when in reality, they don't have any jobs and apparently haven't for months. I have a degree, great experience and skills along with great references so it's not me! Please stop getting people's hopes up when in reality, you don't and never had available the great jobs you post online or that you talk about in interviews. Very disappointing.
