My experience so far has been less than pleasant.They make promises that aren't kept - in our case, our decision to move to this software was based on some of these empty promises.Phone support is almost non-existent. If you want any meaningful support you have to book a paid consultation in advance (whether or not the problem is within your control), so please everyone, make sure you plan ahead for any software errors/setup issues that may affect you on payday! Even then, the wait for a consult is terribly painful due to not enough qualified staff on board.We had a better experience with their competition.Sign up with these guys at your own risk.
