bought hair follicle test online, picked my testing site close by, paid, then was told i had to drive 96 miles AND take a ferry to get there?! Refused to give a refund, even though THIS is in their registration process......

Had someone tested in a specific way so that the mro DID NOT contact the donor according to a court order and spoke with 2 different managers to set it up. The person that was tested provided a prescription for a substance they had taken to myself as well as stating they took the medicine. The test AND LAB results stated negative. This company only made excuses. They are either too stupid or are producing fraudulent results. Either way i would stay away.

I have a company of 16 DOT drivers and I have been using Accredited Drug Testing for over 3 years for my DOT drug screens and consortium. They are always very helpful and always keep me up to date with the new laws that come out for DOT companies. I highly recommend them!

Very deceiving when I spoke to them on the phone... As soon as I figured out they did not provide the service I needed I requested a refund for my $399.99 dollars. They advised me they would process it, but that in so many words it wouldnt help because they do not issue refunds. I never leave negative reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous!
