I called and asked the receptionist if I was to bring my taxes in would they be able to look at them. The receptionist told me that I would be able to have my taxes done as soon as I got there. When I got there the receptionist asked me if I was dropping off my taxes. I told her we were just on the phone. She said just drop the taxes off and they would get back to me. I asked her if she thought it was going to be a long time she just said that she wasn't sure how long it was going to take and they would call me back. I specifically asked her if they were going to be done because I live a half-hour away and they didn't say. I figured they would not be working on them so I went home. Got half way home and got a phone call from the office that they were done with my taxes. I'm not happy with this place be careful people are rude here.
