This Complaint is on Karen McDevittat Accounting Pros. My husband and I attempted to get our taxes filed here by Karen McDevitt last week Friday April 13, 2018. This was the worst tax experience we ever had in our life! Karen was very nasty and rude for no apparent reason. We inquired a few questions about our taxes and Karen seemed to get irritated and impatient with us. This woman even went so far to say “Guys I’m bout this close”! I’m was wondering when she said it this close to what, putting us out, or attacking us? My husband and I decided it be best if we leave, so we went to go to Jackson Hewitt and it was cheaper plus everyone was friendly unlike Karen McDevitt? I do Not recommend Anyone to go to Accounting Pros for Any services!👎 I have nothing to gain by lying on this lady, these are Facts! Thanks for taking time to read my Complaint.
