Stay away. Our business has been receiving letters from the IRS through out 2018 for misfiled/late/un-filed paperwork which was entrusted with this business to handle for us. They can't seem to get the filing with the IRS figured out, but that doesn't stop them from constantly demanding payment for services not rendered. No one is ever available to help, other than the receptionist, much less returning Emails. Bad business practices all together. With all of the loose ends still in play, months after trying to close out working with them, they are harder to get rid of than lice...

Tami dos her job very well. She knows a lot about all tax retaliated problems and will get you an answer on all your tax questions. Very helpful person .Tami is very professional

Not sure what's going on. Dropped off the paperwork in early Feb. Was told it would take up to 3 weeks. It's April 23rd now. Why wouldn't you call to let people know what is going on? I've recommended you to others that are now in the same boat. I will be looking into alternatives next time.Update: got my taxes back just before the end of June. Called shortly after I posted this and was told "soon". Or some bs. Hire someone to make calls? Post something on Facebook? That's all it would've took for me at least. I hope the way they handle relationships with their customers doesn't translate to how they handle the sensitive information we hand them. That's an uncomfortable feeling.

The main concern with this business is the terrible customer service. We dropped our taxes off in February and did not get them back until mid-June after being told it would only take 2-3 weeks to complete. Obviously. things happen however throughout this time frame the communication was absolutely horrible. I was told TWICE that my taxes would be done "by this weekend" and I would be contacted. A week would go by with no call that they were either completed or not done yet, I would have to reach out to them AGAIN in order to find out if they were completed or not. Tax day went by and again, no notification in regards to filling an extension on our behalf or not which is a pretty big deal. When asked about this the response was "we do not have time to notify all of our clients". Altogether, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and had very poor customer service skills. Not once did Tami, the actual owner, reach out or apologize. On top this, we were charged full price for our taxes and when asked to speak to management/Tami in regards to this I was completely blown off.

Very upset with this accounting firm we dropped our taxes off a year ago. I got a phone call Jan 20th that our taxes would be done than Feb 20th I get a email saying that she would have them done by that weekend we are into June And the state of Wisconsin emptied our bank account. And Tami will not call us avoid Tami and accounting plus not sure what's going on here but she used to be good. Now all our direct withdrawal is gonna bounce she never called and got an extension and Everytime we got a letter we dropped it off. Wish I could give no stars but have to give 1.

Worst service ever!!! Disgusted. We dropped off our taxes at the end of February and it is now April 19 and they are still not done. We called a couple times to see if they were done and they gave us explanations like, "Did you receive a call if they were done." Will never go here ever again. Now it is April 23 and we have gotten our taxes back but their are mistakes on them. These people have had our taxes for how long and yet they still have mistakes.

I have been a customer at Accounting plus for 5 years now. I was very pleased with my service before this year but it has all gone down hill now. Extremely disgusted with Tami’s staff and business operations! I had dropped my taxes off On February 4 this year, it’s now April 15 and they are still not done. Now I would imagine they with be filing a extension on my behalf without a call or anything. I had contacted them three times during this time period all with short excuses and telling me they will call me when they are done as explanations. Finally after April 18 they are done! Very poor way to run a business and a great way to lose loyal customers in my opinion!

Today was the last straw for me had an appointment showed up tami was sick the problem is they did not call and tell me and I drive 29 miles to get there not to mention the money I lost at work

We have done business with Accounting Plus for over 12 years now. Tami is a very popular accountant and bookkeeper in the Wisconsin Rapids area. She is efficient, knows her accounting and tax prep forwards and backwards, and her fees are very fair. We recommend her highly!

small cozy place inside..and the staff there seems nice... but there's been a few instances when I stop by to check to see if my taxes were done..after like 3+weeks later. And it's still not done. so I calmly ask the lady at the desk to do a check on it. well, she had this cold stared at me as if I'm not welcome there and just reply, "it's not done..we'll give you a call when it's ready".. I don't know. I mean, I'm not asking for a hug lady...but I wasn't expecting that either.
