Doesnt seem like anyone knows whats going on! Management will tell you one thing to get you to do more work and then the next months along and your laid off! And they lay you off at the end of the months so that you cant have your health benefits the following month. Also the managers make becoming a "fte" (full time employee) as some amazing thing, so you break your back (doing extra work, and pulling so much overtime that your personal life falls to pieces) to get in the running but after you become a "fte" your get all this extra busy work tacked on that no one ever told you about! I worked for them for close to 2 years and when I started I honestly thought I would work there for the rest of my life after 1.5 yrs I learned all they do is lie and was at my wits end for my remaining 6 months.
