Feedback:

They found employment opportunities for me within days of application completion. Always , courteous and accommodating. Kelly Chavez should be on all staffing agency's wishlist !

Feedback:

I met with Madeline and she was awesome to work with! Very easy to talk to and always explained each position and company thoroughly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Feedback:

At first, I was very impressed with Accentuate. They were able to find me a position quickly and I started within the two week notice of my previous job, however; after working in the position I was employed in for about 3 months, the employer asked me to switch positions to scheduling in order to accommodate another Accentuate staff member who disliked the scheduling position. I was hesitant, given that it was my goal to transition out of scheduling, but in my haste to please my employer, accepted on the basis that if I did not enjoy the switch, I was able to return to my original hired role. After another three months, I realized how stressful and mentally hazardous the position was, and why the first candidate wanted to switch. They were unorganized and utilizing outdated scheduling techniques, and did not provide their employees with the resources necessary to assist their clientele or succeed in the role, while insisting they be the first point of contact. Everyday was mentally and emotionally draining. I spoke with my manager, and then sent an email to Accentuate, letting them know how unhappy I was and that I had spoken to the manager about switching back, but that I would continue to do my best in my current position to help the company. I asked them to please be on the lookout for any additional roles in the meantime. The employer was not true to their promise, and decided to let me go entirely with no warning or additional consideration. They did not provide me with the respect or empathy that they did for the previous candidate, who was very happy in the position that I loved so much. I called Accentuate to let them know and, at that time, they promised that the job market was in good standing and to update my resume and they would be in touch. I did so immediately.A week went by without any contact. I emailed Accentuate again, during my 2nd week of unemployment. They claimed that they were having a meeting about it the following morning. Another week went by with no contact. Then another. To date, I have received no further contact from Accentuate after a full month + 1 week, and eventually, I had to take matters into my own hands.Luckily enough, I was able to find suitable and enjoyable employment without Accentuate, however; I am very disappointed in their service as a staffing agency and recommend any individual currently seeking employment venture on their own merit or consider another agency. In the end, I felt like just a paycheck, not a person.

Feedback:

Accentuate staffing got me hired at Peter Millar after weeks of searching on my own, and I was excited to finally get a paycheck after I was out of work. I worked for a week, and on that Friday, Accentuate called to tell me saying I was performing poorly and they had to cancel my assignment “per Peter Millar’s request”, and when I asked for a better explanation, because no one at PM said I was doing a poor job, in fact, they seemed happy to expect me that next week. Hillary Valand got anxious and basically hung up on me. I ignored Accentuates policy to contact a company after a canceled assignment, and luckily got to talk to Peter Millar’s HR department, and learned that my poor performance was not the issue, but they had hired too many people, and we’re letting go recent hires. I do not blame Peter Millar for this, they were a great prospective company, but Accentuate Staffing could have done a much better job with their communication. No one should feel like they were doing a poor job and be that they were released for it, when in reality, the people higher up made a mistake and hired too many applicants. Someone has to make money, and they will make sure it’s themselves. You will have better luck talking to potential companies yourself.

Feedback:

I resigned from my last job early Dec 2018. Regardless of my experience, I had a really rough time finding a new full time job. I applied to several positions on job posting boards and had no luck. Eventually, one of the positions I applied to in early-mid January just so happened to be via Accentuate Staffing. Nicole Arble called me soon after I submitted my resume and scheduled an interview with me withing a week. She was very personable, kind, and genuine. We went over what I was looking for while reviewing my resume. By early February I was able to schedule an interview at the company where I currently work. I love my current job and I'm SO glad that I answered her call that day. She and Brooks Jordan check in on me occasionally and I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Feedback:

I started working at CORMETECH and they acted like they couldn't move me to a different department, from the intense lifting, BUT EVERY MAN GOT MOVED...THEN THEY STARTED ME AT PETER MILLAR, WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK, NO ORIENTATION, NO INFORMATION ON DAYS YOU VAN MISS OR BE LATE, I GOT FIRED For a DEATH IN MY FAMILY, I HADN'T REACHED THE LIMITS YET, which was NEVER EXPLAIN TO ME THE LEAD MEXICAN GIRL Was hateful, rude, and watched all day, did NO WORK, AND ONCE SHE SAW HOW GOOD I WAS, ACCENTUATE STAFFING FIRED ME, AGAIN POOR COMMUNICATION AND I DID NOT REACH THE LIMIT OF DAYS AND WAS FIRED, THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, DONT TRY IT, GET YOUR HOPES UP AND LIE, LIE, LIE.... Feedback:

The recruiter I worked with was extremely unprofessional and has been called out in these reviews multiple times. She called me in and presented me with 3 jobs that I was qualified for and she made me feel like I would definitely be in the running. She was completely unresponsive, did not return my phone calls and returned one email that stated, the company went with someone else for the job. Nothing about the other 2 opportunities were mentioned. I even emailed her afterwards and asked for feedback on my resume or why I wasn't selected for even an interview. There are some other awesome, professional and reputable staffing agencies I have been working with like Randstad and Green Resources. I would not waste your time with Accentuate and definitely look elsewhere.

Feedback:

I totally agree with the other reviews! They post jobs on indeed you respond, they call you make it seem like your the best person in the world for jobs. Go in pretty much to hear of other jobs you’re so qualified for like the job you actually applied for but never hear anything back. Just a waste of time!

Feedback:

I was having a hard time finding a job that was the right fit for me and vice versa. Nicole Arble from Accentuate Staffing sat down with me, looked at my professional history and listened to my interests, then looked at the job listings that matched what she read AND what I told her. She tailor fitted what would work best for the company and the employee. While working there, the company interviewed me without an interview, and I did the same - we felt each other out professionally to see if it was a good fit, each without telling the other we were doing so. Shortly before the end of my time there, the company expressed interest in hiring me, and I expressed interest in the company. I found a good fit on my first temp position because of Nicole Arble's personalized efforts at Accentuate Staffing. They put in the extra effort - all you have to do is be willing to do the same; choose these people if you're looking for temp work.
