Our company has used Accent Employer Solutions payroll and H/R services for over 15 years. No matter the number of employees they can always handle our payroll needs. We hire from and work in multiple states and can rest assured all payroll liabilities and taxes are correctly calculated and processed. Most employees are mobilizing weekly and monthly to different job sites and the pay cards have worked great for our employees without a bank account. They also provide in depth job cost reports which have proven vital for bidding future projects. Their customer service has remained at the highest of standards. Any problem we encounter, they provide or find a solution. This valuable service allows us time to focus on many other important daily tasks necessary to run a successful business. We also find the Accent Employer Solutions fees to be very reasonable and lower than other competitors for the many services they provide. We highly recommend Accent Employer Solutions and look forward to working with them for many years to come!

HORRIBLE EMPLOYER!!! Very unprofessional people starting with the woman named Belinda to the one named Maggie! They are all rude and disrespectful. They caused severed damaged by sending misinformation to a third party. Now, I am trying to file my federal taxes and they wont provide me with a W-2 Form in a timely manner required by federal law and they refused to give me the Employer Identification Number (EIN) so that can I can file my taxes in the meantime. Bad will people. Not recommend, beware.
