Went their for an interview for a position as a recruiter and over a week had passed with no phone calls saying whether or not I was successful, I followed up on it myself and they wouldn't tell me why I wasn't successful and couldn't answer why I had to follow up on my own job interview.I can understand why they are only a small firm, because they cant even do their own job properly.
