DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the time, energy and money! Go somewhere that knows what they are doing! This place is cheaper for a reason! I filed my tax return with them back on February 8th, 2018. THEY claimed part of my income incorrectly, the IRS then held my refund and sent out a letter. They were supposed to have fixed it yet the IRS has received no corrections at all! I have been calling almost every day and can't get anyone other than the lady who answers the phone. They didn't even know who was supposed to have helped me for over 3 weeks! It's been 2 MONTHS since I've filed my tax return and the IRS says I MIGHT be able to get it back in the next TWO MONTHS and it will probably be screwed up and I'll owe them money back! All because these people do not know how to file a simple 1099! I should have done my own taxes on TurboTax! It would have been cheaper, done right and I'd have my money back already! They haven't helped me one tiny bit! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE THE TIME, MONEY AND HEADACHE!

I really like this place. Vicki is Good. One problem. I have been trying to get an Appointment with Vicki. She was the one who told me to make it. Just need some Advice from her. I called one day and the guy who answered the phone told me he would get back to me by the end of the day and if not the next day. this was over a week ago and still no answer.

Bad service do your taxes somewhere else!! I called to get my old tax forms emailed and i got told they couldnt take any updated information from me, they wont email me anything and arent willing to work with me. I told them i can send proper identification and they still declined to help! Now im forced to make a 4 hr drive just to pick up these old forms. Such a ridiculous policy, this is horrible service. Dont go here, especially if you're ever considering moving away.
