Terrible customer service. Background check,for an apartment was supposed to take 3 days it took over a week! Everyone who works there is rude and unprofessional, they don't answer the phones, respond to emails or Faxes. Even the property management says they will be taking there business somewhere else. Truly disgusted by the customer service and overall experience. Save your time and money.

No answer from anyone ever, and if it's a miracle I'll get an answer and no one will help me at all through my questions of how to help them get through my screening. My application for the apartments I'm trying to get it taking longer than I've ever seen, all because they can't get ahold of my job. So when I gave my boss their number he called and said that they said they closed at four and couldn't help. Waste of time, waste of money.

Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. This company stopped answering all calls from May-June and I lost several applicants because they took 10-20 days to finish a report. I had to start doing their job for them and doing rental references to send to them. I also had several instances where a rental reference had not heard from them at all and were confused when I mentioned AAA had contacted them.

We used to love these guys, but now for a month or 2 they stopped returning calls or emails. They owe us money. I dont know why I am bothering doing this review because you couldnt get ahold of anyone there to sign up as a client even if you wanted to.

This company has taken away money from myself and the company I work for. We have been waiting over 3 weeks to get a report back. They are being cowards and won't answer their phone or emails. Very unprofessional people. Will be going with another company.

I wish it was possible to give them 1 star. We used to get our credit reports within 2-3 days. We have been waiting over 3 weeks now. After the first week we emailed them and they said they were behind and it would be a couple days. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I have called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I have literally been calling all day and no one will pick up the phone, and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. This is unprofessional to avoid your customers. You need to let us know what is going on. We have been losing potential residents, which means we are losing out on money. I am also not able to get my commission. We rely on you to do your service and you are not coming through. On their website they say that "it is nice to be able to talk to someone." That is a lie. I really hope you won't be charging your customers as you are not delivering on your word.

Absolutely terrible service for the past 2 months. NOBODY answers the phone and the reports take weeks and weeks to get back instead of a couple days. We are losing customers because of AAA which is totally unacceptable. Clearly something terrible has happened to this company and they are about to go belly up. We are currently shopping for a new company that actually cares about it's customers.
